In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
ANSON CHAN
(陳方安生)
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Justice of the Peace, to be an Official Member of
the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 7 October 1992
during the period of Her Majesty's pleasure.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 7 October 1992.
