The annual meeting of the Forum will be chaired by a parliamentarian of the host country. The host country will be responsible for the meeting, making all the necessary arrangements and coordinate consultations on preparation of the agenda.
The host country will bear the cost of organising the annual meeting of the Forum while participants will cover their own costs for participating in the meeting.
