The attached telegram (TELNO 1034) was sent to the FCO on 10 April 1992 to consult them on our proposal to localise the JP system. We have not heard any response from the FCO yet. Under the new legislative programme procedure we have to plan for the inclusion of the proposed Bill in the legislative programme well in advance.
