Attorney General's Chambers' letter dated 15th October 1991
This letter reflects comments from the office of the Director-General of Trade.
(a) The Committee accepted that paragraph 6 on page 9 of
the draft concerning reciprocity might be inconsistent with GATS. The Committee decided to delete it.
(b)
The Committee decided to revise the first sentence on page 17 for the purposes of clarification as follows:-
"The Committee considers that a registered foreign law firm should only exceptionally
