Without prejudice to
the foregoing, a person or firm will be treated for the purposes of the Scheme as practising law if that person or firm engages in any of the following activities:-
(a) drawing, filling up
instrument or paper that:-
or preparing
any
(i)
is
a
will
or
other
instrument or is
testamentary
or
to found or oppose a grant of
probate
letters of
administration or which in any
way concerns or affects the
disposition on death of the
estate of a deceased person;
or
(ii)
creates
or affects, inter
vivos, any right, title or
interest in or to real or
personal property; or
(iii)
concerns
or
affects the
(iv)
(v)
political or civil rights or
duties of a person; or
concerns
or affects marital
relations or the custody or care of children; or
creates or affects rights or
obligations between persons whether by way of contract, trust or otherwise howsoever;
