Problem
1. What line should Mr Goodlad take with the HMOCS
Association
when he meets them in Hong Kong on 7 September,
about how HMG will consider applications from HMOCS members to
posts in our other Dependent Territories (DTs)?
Recommendation
2.
I recommend:
(a) We should use the line the PUS used with the
new Governor- that we will treat applications from members of
HMOCS and the DS on their merits and on an equal basis; and
