OUTSTANDING HMOCS APPLICATIONS FROM THE JUDICIARY

1. We have consulted Mr Fifoot about all the 25 outstanding applications from members of the Judiciary for enrolment in HMOCS. I would be grateful for your confirmation that we should now proceed on the following basis:-

i) We should approve the applications from the following straightforward candidates whose transfer to P&P has been confirmed and who have passed a medical examination. In the case of those recruited by the Australasian office we are content that this can be considered "a normal channel of recruitment" and that they have expatriate status. I attach draft telegrams.
