inform me whether you wish to apply for enrolment as a member of Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service and, if so, please complete the attached application form in
duplicate and return them to me for onward transmission to the Secretary
of State.
If your application for transfer to the permanent establishment is approved, you will be required to contribute to the "Widows' and Children's Pensions Scheme" with effect from the date of your transfer to permanent establishment.
