We recommend for the approval of the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs the enrolment of lir. H.L. Brazier as a Member of Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service.

Ir. Brazier was born on 22 March 1941 in England. appointed on overseas agreement terms as Magistrate on 24 August 1989.

Mr. Brazier joined the permanent and pensionable establishment on 21 February 1992. He now wishes to enrol as a Member of Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service. He has been found medically fit and his performance is very satisfactory.

a copy of the letter of appointment dated 22.8.89;

a copy of Medical Examination Board's Report (3.F. 76) dated 23.1.92 which states that Hr. Brazier is medically fit;
