I attach a copy of the letter sent to Michael Cartland on 8 December and a copy of his reply of 10 December.

Whilst the news was well received, and given a very favourable interpretation by the HMOCS Association Committee, they are clearly very anxious that the promised consultations should be held as soon as possible. are able to provide any further information on this point before the Association AGM to be held on 19 December I should be most grateful.
