We should be able to live with the deadlines provided we give officers concerned notice as early as possible.

When it comes ta distribution our initial thinking is :
(a)

to give every individual HMOCS officer a copy (relevant for buying back service);
issue a covering circular memorandum to all Departments directing that the statement circulated to :
(i) all overseas officers on ppe terms;
(ii) all
be
overseas officers on agreement terms who have been given approval for transfer to ppe but have not yet transferred; and
