Provided Mr Goodlad and Mr Patten agree, Baroness Chalker thinks the issues are of such importance that it might be helpful if the two Ministers and the Governor-designate were involved in a meeting with officials in due course. As the DW are in the lead on all this, perhaps Mr Goodlad's office would like to call such a meeting.
