MR COX: That's all I wanted to say to begin with.
I think
perhaps the question which Mr Birch has asked is one on which I would like to have a word with Dave before we
reply. I don't know if you would like us to do that
straight away, or whether you would like to many any comments and we could then adjourn briefly?
MR CARTLAND: The last thing you have just been reading
from, is there another document there that you would like
to hand across?
MR COX: That is not really a speaking note in the same
sense. If you would like me to go over it again, I could
clear up any particular points.
MR CARTLAND:
If you would briefly just refer to the points again. I think I got most of it, or at least I certainly got the drift on what you were saying about the phasing and the percentages and your point that it is a matter of choice, that there is no legal or moral obligation. Was there anything between those two points that I missed?
