In response, Mr. Goodlad said that HMG had not yet taken decisions on the 1995 elections. The Governor Designate would wish to consult widely before putting advice to the Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary. would not, however, play host to any impractical suggestions. On MFN, the Prime Minister planned to discuss this with President Bush.
