as aforesaid shall forthwith become the same for the Successor
Trustee without the necessity for the execution or filing of any
document or any further act.
(h)
The Trustee hereby irrevocably appoints any person or persons from
time to time nominated by the Successor Trustee their attorney for the
purpose of signing, sealing or delivering or otherwise executing any
documents as may in the opinion of the Successor Trustee be desirable
for the purpose of causing the transfer to the Successor Trustee of all
money investments and property representing the Fund (and income
thereof) vested in the Successor Trustee pursuant to sub-clause (g)(ii)
of this Clause.
