Alternate Trustees for the purposes of this Clause in addition to or in

substitution for the Alternate Trustee named in sub-clause (b) of this

Clause.

(d)

The Present Trustee may in its absolute discretion at any time and

from time to time during the period of the trusts of this Deed as

provided in Clause 17 hereof ("The Trust Period") revocably or

irrevocably declare in writing one of the Alternate Trustees to be the

Successor Trustee for the purposes of this Clause but subject to and in

default of any such declaration the Successor Trustee shall be finanim

(e)

At any time during the Trust Period and notwithstanding anything

contained herein to the contrary, the occurrence of any one of the

following events or circumstances shall forthwith and without further

action on the part of anyone terminate the tenure.of the Present

Trustee as trustee hereof :-

(i)

the issue by the Successor Trustee in the manner provided in

sub-clause (f) of this Clause of a certificate to the effect that

in the opinion of the Successor Trustee there has occurred in

Hong Kong and/or such country state, territory or jurisdiction

by whose laws the Plan shall pursuant to the provisions hereof

for the time being be exclusively governed (hereinafter in this

sub-clause referred to as "the Plan's domicile") the enactment

of any law or the taking of any action by or on the part of any

governmental authority, agency or official (de jure or de facto)

the main purpose or effect of which comprises all or any of the

following:-
