But in any case I hope it will then be clear that we are talking about all the arrangements for HMOCS officers: during the last round our Team could not say whether the benefits proposal was all that we could offer HMOCS or whether there would also be a sterling safeguard or other elements in a package.

Cannot say when we shall be ready for these further consultations: as soon as possible. Glad HKG have extended the deadline for opting for the new pensions scheme: removes some pressure, but we must keep up momentum.
