And why does Tuvalu pay no expatriate plasions, and why does HMG not pay any in its place? Is my note wrong? Did HMOCS officers serve on a permanent banis in either tentory? (AW Yaxley thought just secondment.) Or in Tuvalu's case does the Kiribati Public Officers' Agreement & pensions take-ove apply to the whole of the old Gilbert & Ellice islands.
