SECOND SCHEDULE
Compensatory Pension
The annual compensatory pension payable to an entitled officer under Regulation 4 of these Regulations shall be calculated by multiplying one-hundredth of the amount of the gratuity which would be payable to him under Regulation 4 of these Regulations by a factor to be ascertained from the following Table appropriate to the officer's age at the date of his retirement :
Provided that where the age of an officer at the date of his retirement is more than an exact number of years his annual compensatory pension shall be calculated having regard to the completed months of age in excess of the figure appropriate to the officer in the table and there shall be applied a factor proportionally increased accordingly.
