The attached letter from my constituent, Mr. Roger Sparkes of Milton Street, near Alfriston, is I think self-explanatory.
His mother-in-law is clearly extremely worried about the future of the cemetery in Hong Kong in which her parents and her brothers and sisters have been interred.
Does the Treaty about the future of Hong Kong establish clearly responsibilities for upkeep of this cemetery and others similar
to it?
I would be grateful for your reassurance on this point.
