The size and sourcing of our first borrowing exercise are matters we will keep under review, leaving the final decision until judgments can be made in the light of market conditions at the time. We were pleased to receive strong indications of both export finance and commercial lending As and when we are associated with the Site Preparation Contract. ready to come to market, those proposals will certainly be reviewed very carefully; but so also will all alternative options and proposals.
Whatever exact approach we take, and whatever our first level of equity, we expect to have very significant financing needs. We are grateful for your interest and support and I sincerely hope we will be able to transact some worthwhile business during 1993.
