2. North Lantau Expressway, Yam O Section (Contract No. HY/91/08) - construction of about 3.3 km of a dual three-lane highway on north Lantau, including site formation for the twin-track airport railway and utility

reserve.

1. Western Harbour Crossing - financing,

designing, constructing and operation of a 2 km tunnel crossing of the Victoria Harbour between West Kowloon and Sai Ying Pun. The tunnel will accommodate a dual three-lane road. Also included is

construction of a portion of Route 7 from Rumsey Street to Belcher Bay.
