construction of around 1,110 metres of seawall between Rumsey Street and Star Ferry to provide land for the expansion of the Central Business Area and the Airport Railway Terminus as well as construction of replacement ferry piers and air conditioning intake facilities. (will be entrusted to MTRC) (Contract No. UA 11/91)
