6. North Lantau Expressway, Tung Chung
section (Contract No. HY/92/05) – Construction of about 2.6km of dual three-lane highway on north Lantau, including site formation for the twin-track airport and utility reserve (incl. watermains)
Privatization 1. Western Harbour Crossing – financing,
designing, constructing and operation of a 2 km tunnel crossing of the Victoria Harbour between West Kowloon and Sai Ying Pun. The tunnel will accommodate a dual three-lane road. Also included is construction of a portion of Route 7 from Rumsey Street to Belcher Bay.
