In anticipation of briefing requirements for our new Minister, it would be very helpful if you could let me have a list of all documents in relation to the new airport projects (including the railway) which have been passed to the Chinese by JLG since the beginning of this year, either direct or through the Airport Committee.
2.
I regret the short notice, but would be grateful if you could fax a list by a.m. 30 April. If you know which of the documents have also been passed to LegCo, and indication would also be of great help in keeping our records straight.
