contracts
There
138 works required for the ACP.
61 will be Government contracts, 39 will be PAA contracts, 35 MTRC ones and three from the private sector.
60% of the contracts (by value) will have been let by the end of 1992. This will allow greater certainty of overall ACP costs.
The majority of Government contracts will be fixed-price, lump-sum. This will give maximum certainty about the out-turn cost of the ACP.
