MTRC and PAA
have agreed in principle that they will co-operate with this cost sontrol scheme.
In
a $112 billion (1991) group of projects, changes are inevitable. But we are confident that we can offset most increases by savings, and real overall increases will be kept within our overall ACP contingency of $2.5 billion.
Our new system has been put together with the advice of our Project Management Consultants, International Bechtel Corp., who have worldwide experience in project control. Computer systems have been set up to help with the project reporting and information requirements.
