Regrettably I must ask for a decision on this is issue by 110 later than 18 August as the competing consortia are required to submit bids accompanied by a firm financing offer by 10am (Macau time) on 21 August. I am sorry time is so short but it only became clear late last week that a firm commitment was required before bids were submitted and that the French offer must be matched.
