The purpose of this latter is to request your assistance in advising any interested organisations in your country to submit to the Provisional Airport Authority expressions of interest for the aviation fusi supply, fuel storage and distribution system at Hong Kong's replacement airport. For your reference, we have appanded below an advertisement placed in local and internationsi newspapers on 25 September 1992.

Pozvialwinal deltpunt Authority is now gevroding Hong Kong's replacement simport.
The Authority is interested in receiving expressions of interest in connection with the award of a licence to design, finance, construct and operate the
AVIATION FUEL SUPPLY, FUEL STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
at Hong Kong's replacement airport.
Interested parties, who consider that they can successfully undertake such operations, are Invited to register for the applicabis documents by writing to:
