You must be delighted at the award of the Tsing Ma Bridge
contract to the Anglo-Japanese consortium. I hasten to
congratulate all concerned on this achievement. It is a
tribute to the energy and effectiveness of the consortium
partners. I look forward to seeing the completed bridge
which will surely be one of the wonders of the East.
