I met with representatives of the D.T.I. prior to Christmas to keep them acquainted with our joint venture (as SSWP) bid for the Design consultancy of the new Terminal Building at C.L.K., Hong Kong.
They asked to be advised if we were shortlisted for interview from the eight consortia who were invited to bid and this I have recently done.
It has also occurred to us that it would be appropriate to formally advise you that we have recently attended a series of interviews with the Provisional Airport Authority in Hong Kong prior to their selection of one of the final three participants.
We have fully acquainted the British Trade Commission in Hong Kong with the current situation and would ask for any support you are able to give us at this critical time prior to a decision by the PAA Board.
