Attached is a translation of an article in yesterday's Ming Pao based on a question asked in LegCo this week. You might also find it useful to have the text of the written answer actually given to LegCo.
Hong Kong Government policy remains as it always has been: a level playing field with contracts going to those who put forward the best bid regardless of nationality.
