1. You may be interested to glance at the reactions' in Hong Kong to the winning of the Provisonal Airport Authority Airport terminal design contract by the MOTT Consortium.
This is largely British and includes Norman Foster and BAA.
You will note that LegCo members and the media flagged up that it was the most expensive bid shortlisted. They also ran the argument that this was the British trying to cash in
before 1997.
