RESERVE LIST
13.
The proposed reserve list is shown in order of priority at
Part 2 of Annex A. Appropriate caveats have been applied to
certain countries to ensure that, if students are selected from
the reserve list, a regional balance can be maintained.
SECURITY
14. The course has been classified restricted. Countries should
normally be invited to nominate students if they have a suitable
Table X rating. Proposed exceptions would have to be considered
through the RMIPC procedure and, if necessary, by Ministers.
RECOMMENDATION
15. Chiefs of Staff are invited to agree that invitations for
the 1993 RCDS course should be issued to those countries listed
in part 1 of Annex A, and that the reserves should be those shown
in order priority in part 2 of Annex A.
