On the date the Government signs this agreement No.6 seventy percent of the Option Helicopter Contract Price is required as an advance payment, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Seller.

Upon delivery of S-70A spare parts and ground support equipment to the Government, thirty percent (30%) invoiced value is required as payment.

Upon delivery to and acceptance by the Government of the first S-70A Utility Helicopter in Stratford, Connecticut.

Upon delivery to and acceptance by the Government of the second S-70A Utility Helicopter in Stratford, Connecticut.
