Recoupment on non-MDE contracts

I am glad to learn of the progress being made on the issue and look forward to receiving the reimbursement from our supplier when the proposed elimination of recoupment for existing non-MDE contracts is actually implemented i.e. if our purchase would come under the recoupment definition.

Meanwhile, I will keep in touch with Sikorsky (by copying them this letter as well as yours) and would appreciate if you could keep us posted of development.
