with the US Consul General for your information.

Knowing that actions on this front have also been taken up by yourselves, I would appreciate if you could keep close vigilance on this issue and keep me posted on the latest development, especially if, for one reason or the other, the new rule does not come into effect before our payment at the end of this year.

In the event that the new rule does not come into effect this year, we may, subject to your agreement, have to seek changes to the payment terms in order to meet recoupment requirements!
