On the date the Government signs this Amendment No. 6 thirty percent of the S-70A-27 Helicopter Contract Price is required as an advance. payment, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Seller.
Upon delivery of S-70A-27 spare parts and ground support equipment to the Government, seventy percent (70%) of the invoiced value is required as payment.
Upon delivery to and acceptance by the Government of the first S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter in Stratford, Connecticut.
Upon delivery to and acceptance by the Government of the second S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter in Stratford, Connecticut.
