All classes are taught in the English language and all written matter, including quizzes and exams, is in English. Translators for sequential translation must be provided by the Government for each class.

The Seller shall provide a maintenance test pilot training course, which consists of a five-day course for one student at the Government's facility in Hong Kong, This course will be provided upon the student's completion of the basic pilot training. The maintenance test pilot course provides for the pilot to receive five hours of flight training in the helicopter.

The Seller will schedule all Maintenance and Flight training to be conducted in Hong Kong to begin thirty (30) days prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Return to Flight Status for the second S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter, and such training will continue uninterrupted until the Completion of the training services described herein.

In consideration of Seller making pilot and maintenance training services available to the Government hereunder, the Government as the helicopter owner whose employees or designees will be the recipients of such pilot and maintenance training services, shall secure and protect itself and shall indemnify Seller, its directors, officers, employees, service representatives, and agents, from any liability, claim of liability, expense, cause of action, loss or damage whatsoever, whether arising in tort or otherwise, for any injury including death, to any person or property whatsoever (including the Government's Helicopter(s)), arising out of or in conjunction with the performance of such training services.

Seller assumes no liability for any expense of the Government's personnel, directly or indirectly connected with the furnishing of training services provided for herein. Seller shall be responsible for the expenses related to the maintenance of the Government's helicopter(s) during such training services. The parties expressly understand and agree that the responsibility of Seller in the furnishing of the training services described above is limited to the furnishing of such and shall not extend to the results thereof. The parties further understand and agree that, in the event the Government elects not to take all or any portion of the training services provided for herein, no refund or other financial adjustment of the S-70A-27 Helicopter Contract Price will be made.
