Except as modified above, all of the provisions of the Agreement remain the same and the Agreement as modified hereby is reaffirmed.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 6 to be executed in duplicate (each of which duplicates shall be deemed to be an original), at Stratford, Connecticut, as of the "Date of Acceptance" set forth below.
