Clause 13. RISK AND INSURANCE is hereby amended as follows:

In subclause 13.01 delete the words "in West Palm Beach" and substitute "at Seller's Facility" therefor.

In subclause 13.04(b) delete the word "Air".

Add to subclause 14.03:

"Seller hereby undertakes to return to full flight worthy condition, the S-70A Utility Helicopters referred to hereunder, upon their arrival in Hong Kong, to enable the Issuance of a return to flight certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto, which certifies the Helicopter meets all the requirements of the contract. If there is any defect or defective parts, Seller shall be wholly responsible for rectifying such deficiencies using best efforts within a reasonable period of time at no cost to the Hong Kong Government."

Clause 16. WARRANTY is hereby amended as follows:

(a) Paragraph (c) Patent Infringement: 3rd line delete "United States"

(b) Delete subparagraph (d) in its entirety and the substitute the

following therefor:

"(d) Notwithstanding the warranty in Paragraph (a) above, and in lieu of such warranty, the Turbomeca Engine Corporation Arriel 15 Engine Warranty, a copy of which has been furnished to the Government and which is incorporated herein by reference, is the warranty applicable to turbine engines installed in the helicopters as more fully described in the Specification and Turbomeca Engine Corporation turbine engine parts sold hereunder. Further, notwithstanding the warranty in Paragraph (a) above, and in lieu of such warranty, the General Electric Corporation T700-GE-701C Engine Warranty, a copy of which has been furnished to the Government and which is incorporated herein by reference, is the warranty applicable to turbine engines installed in the S-70A-27 Utility Helicopters as more fully described in the S-70A-27 Specification and General Electric Corporation turbine engine parts sold hereunder."

Clause 19. VARIATIONS is hereby amended by the addition of the words "and S-70A-27 Specification" to the end of subclause 19.01(a) and to the end of the parenthetical phrase in the first sentence of subclause 19.01(b).
