The Seller and the Government agree that the Open Helicopter Contract Price shall be paid in accordance with the following payment schedule:

Price is required as an advance payment, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Seller.

Upon delivery of S-70A spare parts and ground support equipment to the Government, thirty percent (30%) invoiced value is required as payment.
