A. The Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of
Kong understand that the agreement entitled Modalities of the Orderly Repatriation Programme for Vietnamese illegal immigrants who arrived in Hong Kong before 29 October 1991 signed between them
will be subject to review by these Governments after three flights or at the request of any of these Governments.

B. These Governments stress their wish to continue to work in the closest cooperation in their joint endeavour to solve the problem of illegal Vietnamese immigrants in Hong Kong.
