Thank you for copying to me your teleletter of 2 April to

Graham Fry about your meeting with Yoshito Sengaku.

2. We have sent to you by fax a note by RAD on the subject and a

copy of a submission put to Lord Caithness last year when the

President of the Hong Kong Reparation Association wrote to him.

A copy of David Warren's letter to Ng which arose from that

submission has also been faxed. From this you will see that we

are unlikely to be able to answer the questions you put in para 7

of your TUR fully without a good deal more research, and even

tapt t might not reveal anything useful.
