To approve retirement of an officer on grounds of Invaliding on the recommendation of a Medical Board :

1. Director ate officer.

11. Non-directorate officer.

To direct that a pension granted for retirement in the public interest or on disciplinary grounds, or for resignation from service, should not be deferred.

To grant an ex-gratia payment where an officer leaves the public service without a pension or short service gratulty.

To grant a pension to the dependant(s) of an officer who dies on duty.

To determine the date of cessation of dependant pension to the deceased's mother or father.

of death gratuity which can be pald to a recipient named, other than to the deceased's estate.
