HONG KONG LOCALISATION OF UK LAWS ON CIVIL SERVICE MATTERS
I refer to my minute to Ms Coglin of 25 September and to subsequent telephone conversations with you.
Our Legal Adviser has now responded and I attach a copy of her advice for your information.
We have very few papers on this subject but I attach copies of those that we do have and hope that they will be of assistance to you.
