You will notice from the lists that many contract expatriate
officers are still occupying senior positions while there are lot of
local officers at the rank below with ample experience in the relevant
field. These local officers should be ready to take over from their superiors unless the latter had not fulfilled their contractual
obligation of offering adequate and relevant trainings to their
subordinates throughout the years that
that they had served on their
contract terms. If indeed that was the case, we cast serious doubt
on the need and justification of having their
their contracts further
renewed.
We should be grateful if you could kindly look into, the
matter and ensure that the Localization Policy had not been undermined
in those areas stated.
