Buttons

For 1st and 2nd Class, and also for 3rd Class when accredited by The Queen, gilt, mounted, the Royal Arms with supporters. For other Classes, gilt, mounted, the Royal Arms (without supporters) surmounted by the Crown. Five small buttons on the sleeve for 1st Class, four for 2nd Class, three for 3rd Class and two for 4th Class.

Trousers

As for Full Dress but, optionally, plain white drill (ie without lace) may be worn.

Boots

Black patent.

Gloves

White.

Helmet

White service regulation pattern without chin-strap, bearing on the front a gilt badge, the Royal Arms with supporters. Plain white pagri. Gilt spike when sword is worn; or

Cap

Dark blue, with patent peak and strap. Band of black lace of conventional oakleaf design. Golf oakleaf lace on edge of peak for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class (and at top of peak also for 1st Class), none for 4th Class. Gold embroidered badge, the Royal Cypher with Crown, with oakleaf wreath for 1st and 2nd Classes, and for 3rd Class if accredited by The Queen as Head of Mission, otherwise without wreath. White cover.
