Forwarded herewith are shipping documents in respect of
one case of microfilms (48 rolls) from the Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department consigned to you per s.s. "PNDO HEAD" which sailed on 25th February, 1969:-

(a) Two original Bills of Lading No. G 50 (duly endorsed);
(b) One copy of Marine Certificate, Policy
No. 9-2471762; and
(c) A list, in duplicate, showing the details of the
documents microfilmed.
Grateful if you would take delivery of these microfilms to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Library (Revision of Records Section) when they arrive.
