age two.

sure that Sir David Gillmore will be able to assist you

in this matter, since my report says that he attended the meeting.

I therefore restate my position.

This prosecution is corrupt. The material that I sent you does

constitute prima facie evidence that the corruption in the

prosecution was known inside the FCO and has not been disclosed

to either the judiciary or the police.

You are aware of the extraordianry disquiet about the case in both

the UK and European Parliament. I believe that you and your Minister

should anticipate having to answer questions in a public forum,

possibly in court, about the precise time you became aware of

corruption in this prosecution and what you both did about it.

Any untainted evidence that may still exist against Mr Osman

might be a matter for the courts, in a normal situation.

This situation is abnormal in relation to the state of the

prosecution, which is wholly corrupt. The state of the prosecution

is a matter for the judicial authorities, and for those administrative

bodies connected with the administration of the prosecution, which

in this case is the FCO, given that Talib made his request via the FCO,(as well as other bodies)

I therefore reject the results of your initial investigations,

since you did not answer a single direct question that I put.

I most of all reject them because you did not address the matter

of the crook Reid, who, according to your own cables, collected

biased ie corrupt evidence.

I personally believe that the PIIC was obtained to conceal from

any trial court, the true nature of this prosecution. I will be seeking

ways to test my view in an objective forum.
